Delivery is free to all countries (except the United Kingdom) for orders over 49,90 €. For deliveries to United Kingdom, the minimum order value is £135, and delivery is free of charge.
If the value of your purchase is less than 49,90 €, a flat-rate shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of your order. For deliveries within Germany, this is 4,90 €. For all other countries, please refer to the overview below for the delivery costs per country.
Included in this fee are all the handling charges, packing costs, shipping costs, and the necessary papers. The customer is responsible for the import taxes charged by customs. No, a partial delivery is not possible. Should you wish to order some articles that are to be delivered immediately and other articles that are to be delivered at a later stage, we would ask you to submit two orders. This is the only way to ensure that you receive the immediately deliverable articles. If you order both the articles to be delivered immediately as well as the articles to be delivered later in one order, you will receive the entire order at a later stage.
The delivery time is 3-5 working days within Germany. During the Christmas period (November-January), delivery times may increase by 2 working days due to the increase in shipping volume. Delivery to any other country mentioned takes 3 to 14 working days. Different delivery times for individual items are specified separately in the online shop.
